Bulgur Wheat

Composition:

Product obtained by grinding cooked and dried wheat grain until it is a coarse semolina.

Recommendations:

Conservar en un lugar fresco y seco. Preferentemente en heladera. Una vez abierto el envase tenga la precaución de cerrar nuevamente la bolsa. Si saca el producto del envase y lo pasa a otro recipiente recuerde rotularlo con número de lote, fecha de elaboración y mantener herméticamente cerrado.

Shelf Life:

12 months, as long as storing conditions are followed.

Intended Use:

Food consumption after washing and cooking: Soak first and then cook alone or as an ingredient of another meal. Keep in a cool and dry place. Once the bag is opened, be sure to close it again. If you empty the product into another container, remember to label it with its batch number and elaboration date, and keep it tightly closed.

Vulnerable Groups:

Allergic to wheat, oats, barley, rye and soy.
