Wheat Semolina


A finely ground product obtained by industrially breaking the endosperm of Triticum durum.


Conservar en un lugar fresco y seco. Preferentemente en heladera. Una vez abierto el envase tenga la precaución de cerrar nuevamente la bolsa. Si saca el producto del envase y lo pasa a otro recipiente recuerde rotularlo con numero de lote, fecha de elaboración y mantener herméticamente cerrado.

Shelf Life:

12 months, as long as storing and distribution conditions are followed.

Intended Use:

Food consumption, after cooking: Cook in a liquid medium, e.g., water, broths, soups, etc. Can be used in thicker preparations (hamburgers, fillings, etc.). Keep in a cool and dry place. Once the bag is opened, be sure to close it again. If you empty the product into another container, remember to label it with its batch number and elaboration date, and keep it tightly closed.
