Caramelized Apples

  • 4 green apples,
  • 2 cups of sugar,
  • 4 wooden skewers (kebabs):
  • Popcorn. Popped from Egran's Uncooked Popcorn.

Prick each apple with a skewer. In a pan, put sugar and 1 cup of water. Let them boil. Approximately 7 minutes later, when the mixture has become caramel, soak the apples in it one by one. Make sure they are completely covered by the caramel. Cover each apple with popcorn. Let cool before serving.
