Chocolate Cookies

  • EGRAN Corn Starch: 30 g
  • Wheat Flour: 60 g
  • Butter: 60 g
  • Chocolate Chips: 80 g
  • Eggs: 1
  • Vanilla Extract: some drops
  • Sugar: 60 g

In a bowl, mix the butter and sugar with a wooden spatula. Add the egg, the vanilla extract and while you keep on whisking, add the wheat flour and corn starch, previously sifted together. Combine the egg and the previously sifted corn starch. Add the chips until dough is consistent.
Put tablespoon-sized portions of dough in a previously buttered pan and put it in the oven for 10 minutes.
Remove and let cool
