Egran Oat Cookies

Servings: 50 units.


  • Leavening Flour: 250 g
  • EGRAN Instant Rolled Oatmeal: 250 g
  • Sugar: 250 g
  • Margarine: 250 g
  • Eggs: 2
  • Vanilla Extract, Lemon Zest to taste
  • Optional: raisins


Beat the soft margarine with the sugar, the vanilla extract and the lemon zest. Add the eggs one by one, and keep on beating. Finally, mix the flour with the Egran instant rolled oatmeal and pour into the other preparation. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour. After that, make little balls with the dough and smash them with the fingers to shape the Egran oat biscuits. Take to the oven at medium temperature for 10 minutes.
