- EGRAN Soybean Flour: 100 g
- Wheat flour type 0000: 100 g
- Butter: 200 g
- Sugar: 200 g
- Eggs: 4
- Raisins: 100 g
- Vanilla Extract
- Lemon Zest.
Beat the butter and sugar, vanilla extract and lemon zest until reaching an ointment point.
Add the eggs one by one and finally the flour without stopping beating.
Once all the ingredients are well mixed, add the floured raisins. Mix and pour the preparation into a buttered pudding pan.
Take to the oven at medium temperature (180 Cº) until brown.
